The Campus Pastor serves as the primary shepherd of the local campus by the means of leading people toward belonging, deeper connection, care, discipleship, and evangelism. This leader provides overall oversight for the campus by developing and aligning staff and volunteer teams, directly leading designated ministry areas, and ensuring that Open Door’s mission, vision, ministry strategies, standards, and policies are carried out effectively within the local context. The Campus Pastor carries and implements the vision set by the Lead Pastor

Compensation: Full-Time Salary position with benefits (Exempt & Ministerial)

The Licensed Counselor provides compassionate, clinically sound counseling services to individuals, couples, and families within a Christian counseling environment. This role integrates professional mental health practices with a faith-informed perspective, offering biblically based counseling when requested by clients and clinically grounded counseling for clients who prefer non-biblical approaches.
