The Campus Pastor is the primary shepherd of the people at the Vermilion Campus. This is predominantly accomplished through assimilation, care, discipleship, and evangelism. While leading several ministry areas directly (contextualized to the local community), the Campus Pastor will also ensure that the vision, mission, expectations, standards, and policies (set by the church leadership) are being executed responsibly and effectively. The ability to accomplish this requires a firm grasp of these areas along with the ability to lead and align the staff and volunteer teams. As such, the Campus Pastor enthusiastically supports and acts as the extended arm of the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor at his campus.

Compensation: Full-Time Salary position with benefits (Exempt & Ministerial)

Work Schedule: 40-45hrs /week. Sunday-Thursday

The Family Ministry Pastor/Director provides leadership for all kids and student-related ministry activities, events, and relationships at the Vermilion Campus and lives out the mission of Leading kids and students in the Adventure of Becoming like Christ. The Pastor/Director will also continually equip, serve, and empower parents/guardians to be the spiritual leaders of their families.

To accomplish this, Pastor/Director is responsible for the effective recruiting, training, motivating, discipling, empowering of volunteer teams. Additionally, the Pastor/Director is to develop and implement creative, exciting, and relevant children’s and student ministry programs and environments at the Campus.

The Licensed Counselor provides compassionate, clinically sound counseling services to individuals, couples, and families within a Christian counseling environment. This role integrates professional mental health practices with a faith-informed perspective, offering biblically based counseling when requested by clients and clinically grounded counseling for clients who prefer non-biblical approaches. The counselor supports emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
