OUR MISSION

The mission of the Generation House Family Homeless Shelter is to lead families out of homelessness while modeling Christ to them.

A BRIGHTER TOMORROW

Generation House lovingly helps families who have fallen upon hard times, facing homelessness and other challenges, with a place to call home, food to eat, and multiple support services. Meeting their immediate needs allows residents to recover, reframe, and regroup as they, with our Christ-centered assistance and training, develop stable and secure ways to live in the future.

Through the love of Christ, Generation House provides residents with hope–hope that their situation can change—and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

RESIDENT DURATION

One of the best ways to get connected is to get involved. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, we have a place for you. Discover what so many of our volunteers have found: there is a joy in being a part of the mission at our church. You are not committing to anything except for one time first-serve to see if a ministry is a good fit for you!

The generation house allows me to keep growing and find stability. It helps people build themselves up and learn, gain an education, take classes, and grow. I now have a new place to live, a good job, and many friends here.

Miro | UKRANIAN refugee

Thank you so much for opening Generation House to us.  It was filled with warmth, clam and peace because it was blessed by God.  It was wonderful to be a part of this house.  You gave us such a warm welcome.  Everyone treated ys with the greatest kindness, patience and understanding.  May God bless you all.  I remember, love and thank everyone who cared for us.
OC & KP

I'm so grateful for Generation House and our time there, it means so much.  God really blessed us.  I was able to obtain employment, start a savings and transition into a lovely home.
