Reading God’s Word: Mark 1:16-28; Psalm 72:12-20
Memorizing God’s Word: Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Meditating on God’s Word: Mark 1:17-19 Jesus called Simon & Andrew: Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people. At once they left their nets and followed him. When he had gone a little farther, he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat, preparing their nets. Without delay he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.
Praying God’s Word: Lord may I hear your speaking to me and obey right away. When the Holy Spirit urges me to say something to someone may I do It without hesitation. Not waiting for the right moment or thinking about the proper words to use. I want to jerk the pole as soon as I sense a nibble. Amen
