Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 122:1 (LSB) I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of Yahweh.”

Praying God’s Word “Father, in our modern age of the internet and online church many have decided it is better to stay at home in their pajamas, sip their cup of coffee or tea, and attend church remotely. However, there is something major that is missed when we do that. In our meditation today the author of this Psalm was thrilled to attend the house of Yahweh. Forgive us for our complacency in forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, and may we be rekindled with a desire to be in Your house. Amen.”
