Reading God’s Word: Matthew 9:14-38; Psalm 9:12-20
Memorizing God’s Word: Matthew 11:29, Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Meditating on God’s Word: Matthew 9:37, The harvest Is plentiful, but the workers are few.
Praying God’s Word “Lord, I am increasingly aware that I am a worker in the harvest field. Some may be called into full-time ministry with a broad influence and others called to minister locally in the neighborhood and their workplace. The harvest field invites us all to sow seeds of faith wherever we are planted, knowing your word will accomplish its intended purpose (Isaiah 55:11). Thankfully, I do not need to be eloquent, have all the answers or the right words. I just need to be faithful and open for the springs of life to flow from my heart (Proverbs 4:23). Amen.”
