Reading God’s Word: Romans 13:1-14; Psalm 119:113-120
Memorizing God’s Word: Romans 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Meditating on God’s Word: Romans 13:8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
Praying God’s Word “Lord, today we ask you to increase our debt to one another in love. When we think we have no more reason to love, would you remind us of the spark of the creator that is within every human being. Thank you for fulfilling the Law in Love, so that all may have access to the Father through our righteousness in Christ, and the law is sufficed by the never-ending debt of love we have for one another. Amen.”
