Reading God’s Word: Luke 17:20-18:8; Psalm 68:9-17
Memorizing God’s Word: Hebrews 12:2 – “Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 18:1 “Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.”
Praying God’s Word “Lord, patience is not one of my strengths and there are times when I allow my impatience to affect my prayers. I fall into the trap of wrongly making demands of You and telling you how and when I want my needs and desires met. This is so selfish and sinful of me. Help me to remember that You know my needs better than I do and that You are always working in ways that will bring You glory and mold me into the person You created me to be. Amen.”
