Reading God’s Word: Deuteronomy 31:1-29; Psalm 115

Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 119:9,11 How can a young person stay on the path of purity. By living according to your word. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

Meditating on God’s Word: Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Psalm 115:1, “Not to us, LORD, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.”

Praying God’s Word “Father, You know exactly what kind of adversity I am staring down today. You know the battles that seem lost before they’ve begun. You know the situations that are turning my stomach into knots. You know the relationships I’d rather just avoid today. But thank You that in the midst of this adversity, I find the reminder that I can face any battle with courage because You are with me in the midst of the fight. You won’t leave me when the battle drags on. I praise You, and I give You the glory for every victory, because You are the One picking me back up, pushing me along, and sticking by my side. Amen.”
