Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 127:1, Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, may we work hard, but not place our trust in what we can personally achieve. May our lives stand upon the firm foundation of an intimate relationship with you. You are integrally involved in our culture, communities and families ~ working out your purposes through us. Calm any worried, or restless heart, so we may fully embrace the blessings that you freely give. Amen.”
