Praying God’s Word: “Lord, Christmas is over and the New year is here. But today we vow to not wait a whole year to celebrate your arrival Jesus. We know you will come again. Let us also know that you are here. God WITH us. Then. Now. Always. Today. Jesus, may 2026 begin with a profound sense of your “with-ness”. How different would our lives look if we truly lived and believed that you are here now. You promised to never leave us or forsake us. So, let us live and love as people who abide in You. Amen.”
