Memorizing God’s Word: Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Meditating on God’s Word: Acts 7:55 But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.

Praying God’s Word: Lord, what assurance we can have, that in our darkest despair, You will be there with us to bring us to Your Glory. Psalm 28:7 says, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.” This is the comfort that Stephen experienced in his final moments. May we also be comforted by this truth, Amen.
