Join other women as we assemble a ready-to-eat crockpot meal for LCCC Students’ families in the LCCC kitchens with their executive chef! Serving a family that doesn’t have the funds or time to cook a healthy meal impacts the entire family. Nutritious food fosters health which aids in achieving life goals. Put your skills together with your friends and make a difference in another family’s life. It will help you grow by serving selflessly.

At this event, you will help prepare individual meals in ziplock bags with instructions that go to students in need. Students are given crockpots along with these prepared meals. You don’t have to be a “cook”, just bring your chopping skills. Everything else is provided. Chef Lindsay will lead us!

This event is free to participate in, and is a great way for us to serve the community!

We will meet on May 16th at 6:00 pm the Lorain County Community College Culinary Institute.
