Reading God’s Word: Luke 23:1-25; Psalm 72:11-20

Memorizing God’s Word: James 4:7 “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 23:23-25 “But with loud shouts they insistently demanded that he be crucified, and their shouts prevailed. So, Pilate decided to grant their demand… and surrendered Jesus to their will.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, Pilate, doing what he thought was easy and expedient, resulted in an innocent man being crucified. But what seemed to be our darkest hour as humans, you used to bring you glory, and salvation to us. How can I thank and praise you enough for the agony, humiliation, and suffering you endured in order so purchase my salvation. I love you Jesus. Amen.”
