Praying God’s Word: “Lord, I want to be like the man who received five bags of gold and earned five more. You said of him, “Well done, good and faithful servant!” Many times I’m like the man with two bags who earned two more. You also called him a “good and faithful servant!” What grace and mercy! While the lazy servant acted in fear and was cast out into the darkness. We may be afraid, but God, may we trust in You always. Amen.”
