Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 107:2-2 Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story – those he redeemed from the hand of the foe, those he gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, to be truthful, too many times the old gospel song ‘I Love to Tell the Story’ doesn’t sound like me. Too often, I am quiet when I could be bringing you into a conversation. I want to be accepted by a group that I am in, so I don’t even mention out loud what you have done for me. I really want things to be different. Really convict my heart, and keep my eyes on what you alone think of me. Help me to honor you in all I say and do. Amen.”
