Reading God’s Word: Luke 11:37-12:12; Psalm 61
Memorizing God’s Word: Colossians 2:6-7 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, 7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 12:8-10 “I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God. But whoever disowns me before others will be disowned before the angels of God. And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
Praying God’s Word: “Lord, thank You for Your warnings and encouragements. May we take heart that in acknowledging you to the world we can rest secure in our salvation in heaven. May we be challenged by the warnings of denying You and blaspheming against the Holy Spirit. May we take our relationship with You so seriously, that we can sense when our heart goes in the wrong direction, and make our path straight again. Amen.”
