Reading God’s Word:  2 Corinthians 10:1-11:4; Psalm 139:1-12

Memorizing God’s Word:  Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Meditating on God’s Word:  2 Corinthians 10:5 (ESV) We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, we are living in a time where truth has become subjective and the line between facts and opinions is blurred.  Sadly, many who call themselves Christ followers aren’t able to defend their beliefs.  Father, deepen our devotion to you.  Give us a hunger and desire to know you and your Word so well that we can recognize the lies the world is trying to mask as truth.   Would we be a church that takes up the weapons you have provided and, with a humble attitude yet bold in our belief, take down any opposition that does not align with your truth.   Let us take hold of the divine power you have given and make each thought obedient to you. Amen.”
