Meditating on God’s Word: 1 Timothy 2:1-3 (LSB) “First of all, then, I exhort that petitions and prayers, requests and thanksgivings, be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, it is easy to tear down those in leadership.  Instead of tearing down the leaders in our church and government, we are to lift them up in prayer. I encourage everyone at this moment to pray for those leaders at Open Door Church, Open Door School, as well as the leaders in our Local, State, and Federal Government.  Amen.”
