Reading God’s Word: John 11:45-57; Psalm 59:1-10

Memorizing God’s Word: John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Meditating on God’s Word: John 11:55-56a, When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, many went up from the country to Jerusalem for their ceremonial cleansing before the Passover. They kept looking for Jesus…” Psalm 59:9-10a: You are my strength, I watch for you; you, God, are my fortress, my God on whom I can rely.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord Jesus, as we begin this week, make us a people who expectantly look for you to show up! Cleanse us with your Word, open our eyes, purify our motives so that when we see you we follow, learn and become more like you.  Jesus you are my fortress and the One in whom I always can rely, Amen.”
