Praying God’s Word: “Lord, we flock to the ocean this time of year. How many of us will stand on the shore pondering the giants you have made lurking in the deep. How often will we sit and watch the waves pound the sand and come no further than you’ve commanded. We gather at dusk and dawn to see you paint the sky over the water as the world revolves with the power of your will. All of it, in unison, declaring your glory and praise. May our lives declare the same. Amen.”
