Reading God’s Word: Acts 20:1-16; Psalm 110
Memorizing God’s Word: Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Meditating on God’s Word: Acts 20:16 …he was in a hurry to reach Jerusalem, if possible, by the day of Pentecost.
Praying God’s Word: “Lord, Paul would not be diverted. He loved Ephesus, yet he set his face toward Jerusalem and kept moving, because You had given him somewhere to be and something to finish. Teach me to run like that—not to earn Your love, but because Christ already ran His race to win me. So much wants to slow me down—good things, hard things, comfortable things—and I am quick to wander. Fix my eyes on the course You have marked for me, and by Your grace give me the single mindedness to stay on it. I cannot finish a race I am not running. So today, set my heart toward the goal, steady my feet, and let me press on toward Jerusalem with You. Amen.”
