Memorizing God’s Word: John 17:3 “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”

Meditating on God’s Word: John 15:19  “If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord Jesus, the world around me constantly tries to convince me that it can give me life and meaning, but I don’t belong to the world, any more than you did when you walked this earth. Teach me how to love the people of the world without being sucked into loving the values and false promises of the world. I belong to you. I belong to the Kingdom of God. You are my source of life and meaning. Keep me focused on that truth no matter how the people of this world treat me. Amen.”
