Reading God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 1:17-2:5; Psalms 119:153-160
Memorizing God’s Word: Romans 12:2 – “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
Meditating on God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 1:25 – “For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.”
Praying God’s Word: “Lord, so often I struggle with pride, thinking that I am stronger, more experienced, or wiser than someone else. But then I am reminded, Lord Jesus, that you are the embodiment of all knowledge, wisdom, strength, and power. Any ability, talent, skill, power, or strength that I have is a gift from You and needs to be humbly used to serve others in Your name and to bring glory to You. Thank You for Your presence in my life. Amen.”
