Reading God’s Word: Luke 12:13-13:5; Psalm 62
Memorizing God’s Word: 2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 62:1-2 1Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him 2Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
Praying God’s Word: “Lord, help me rest in you alone. You are my fortress. Even when I feel far from you or have strayed from the path, You remain constant! In Psalm 62:8 it says, “Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” You are trustworthy. I pour out my heart to you! You are our refuge! Teach me to be still and trust your timing. I want my soul to seek rest in you and you alone. Only in you is there true Sabbath found. Amen.”
