Meditating on God’s Word: Mark 12:34 When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.

Praying God’s Word: Lord, may this be true of me. May I consider Your Word and live my life by the wisdom of Your commands. We are capable of this, but not in our own effort. May the Holy Spirit lead us in wisdom to remain close to the kingdom of God. Amen.
