Praying God’s Word: “Lord, You met Paul on the Damascus road and gave him a lifelong assignment:  to be Your witness to everyone, telling what he had seen and heard. He never retired from that calling.  Neither can I. I have seen Your faithfulness. I have heard Your gospel. I have tasted Your mercy when I deserved judgment. Do not let me keep that to myself. Make me a faithful witness wherever You send me—at work, at home, among strangers and friends—not with clever words, but with the simple, steady testimony of what You have done in me. And when witnessing is costly, as it was for Paul, keep me faithful to the end. Amen.”
