Praying God’s Word: “Lord, today will be a joy-filled day! I will pray for others, instead of talk about them. I will see the sunshine peeking through the clouds and avoid complaining. I will focus on what I have with gratitude, rather than what I want. I will live with future possibilities and silence past mistakes. I will smile a lot today and encourage others to do the same. I will lift my arms up to you, with a grateful heart. I choose joy today! Amen.”
