Praying God’s Word: “Father, although there are no shortcuts to spiritual maturity, if there were one, it would be hiding your word in our hearts. You have promised that your word will not return to you void. There is something powerful in Your word; when we hide it in our hearts, the Holy Spirit can activate it in our time of need. Please help us not only to read your word but also to hide it in our hearts so that we can make it a constant companion in our daily lives. Amen.”
