Reading God’s Word: 2 Chronicles 29-30; Psalm 69
Memorizing God’s Word: John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Meditating on God’s Word: 2 Chronicles 30:9, “If you return to the Lord, then your fellow Israelites and your children will be shown compassion by their captors and will return to this land, for the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate. He will not turn his face from you if you return to him.”
Praying God’s Word “Lord, from the beginning You have revealed Yourself to be compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love. This is who You are! You long to welcome Your children home, like the compassionate father in the parable of the prodigal son. So, Father, remind me today and every day—no matter the circumstances—to turn to You, to abide in You, and to find my hope and strength in You. Amen.”
