Reading God’s Word: Colossians 3:12-4:18; Psalm 96

Memorizing God’s Word: John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

Meditating on God’s Word: Colossians 3:13 “Make allowance for each other’s faults and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.”

Praying God’s Word “Lord, please help me to forgive other people today! I especially pray for… (add names of people who have hurt you in the past). You have forgiven me for so much more by dying for my sins on the cross that I want to honor You by treating others in the same forgiving way. Don’t allow any anger or bitterness that comes of these past hurts remain in my heart. Instead, please help me to let go of their offenses and to focus on You and what You have done for me. Amen.”
