Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 21:27-28 “At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

Praying God’s Word “Lord, these words give me hope in the midst of the turmoil of today’s world. Whenever I listen to the news and look at the world around me it’s easy to think that everything is falling apart. But my joy and confidence is in the fact that you have promised that you will return in power and glory to judge the world and bring redemption to all your followers. Because of this, I can face today with hope and anticipation. Thank you Jesus. Amen.
