Reading God’s Word: Psalm 31

Previewing Exodus: Overview Part One | Overview Part Two

Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 23:3-4, “he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 31:24, “So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord!”

Praying God’s Word “Jesus my Deliverer, count me in the group that puts their hope in You!  As we prepare to start the book of Exodus, the message of hope in the Lord and the need for strength and courage would become so needed for the children of Israel.  Throughout this book we will see the Good Shepherd leading His people and us to a promised place of hope and rest.  In the coming weeks Father, lead and guide me through whatever you have planned, keep my hope secure in You alone.  In Jesus’ name,  Amen.”
