Meditating on God’s Word: Genesis 39:20-21 Joseph’s master took him and put him in prison, the place where the king’s prisoners were confined. But while Joseph was there in the prison, the Lord was with him; he showed him kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden.

Praying God’s Word “Lord, as Christians, we tend to assume that we would not find ourselves in jail or prison. Joseph did everything with integrity, yet he still ended up in prison for many years. You were with him, and You protected him. May I seek the peace to know that no matter what my circumstances are, that You are always with me! Amen.”
