Reading God’s Word: Exodus 12:31-14:31; Psalm 38

Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 40:4 Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.

Meditating on God’s Word: Exodus 14:13-14 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Psalm 38:15 LORD, I wait for you; you will answer, Lord my God.

Praying God’s Word “O LORD, I believe you’re the God of the impossible. Lord, I believe that you always hear my cry. And I believe that you aren’t merely God, but my God. The God who is at work right now in my life, for your glory and my good. You will answer. You always do. Moses may not have known exactly how you would deliver your people, but he knew you; and because he knew you, he knew you would. Help me to know you better, to trust you more, and to walk with you wherever you lead. You are my God, and I will wait for you. Amen.”
