Reading God’s Word: Acts 3-4; Psalm 26

Memorizing God’s Word: Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Meditating on God’s Word: Acts 3:8 He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.  Psalm 26:12 My feet stand on level ground; in the great congregation I will praise the Lord.

Praying God’s Word: Lord, David’s metaphor was this lame beggar’s new reality. He could stand firm, with the congregation in the temple, and give You praise for the blessing he was given. He gave You the glory, because it was in the Name of Jesus Christ. May we also share Your blessings with others, in Your Name, Amen.
