Reading God’s Word: Luke 12: 1-12; Psalm 141
Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 23: 3-4 He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 12:11-12 When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.
Praying God’s Word Lord, thank you that the Holy Spirit lives in me; always ready to teach me If I am willing to listen. And the added assurance of this verse that in the challenging times He will guide me in what to say and provide assistance and wisdom, even when I don’t know what to say. God you are awesome!
