Reading God’s Word: Numbers 25, Psalm 89

Memorizing God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 10:31, So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 89:32-33, I will punish their sin with the rod, their iniquity with flogging; but I will not take my love from him, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, I wonder if we sometimes minimize sin and the consequences of disobedience? Yes, you are loving. Yes, you are compassionate. Yes, you are faithful. Yes, you are kind and yes, you are forgiving. So, have we really died to sin, or do we draw upon these qualities and continue in disobedience? ‘What shall we say then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?’(Romans 6:1-2) Amen.”
