Reading God’s Word: Mark 12:41-13:37; Proverbs 7:1-27

Memorizing God’s Word: Mark 8:34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

Meditating on God’s Word: Mark 12:43-44 Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, you are a generous God and have blessed all of us with all that we have. No matter our circumstances you call us to be generous people in every aspect of our lives. May we be generous with our time, our talent and our treasures for they have all been freely given by you. May we live a life of generosity where we would not be afraid to trust you and willing to give all that we have to live on. Amen.”
