Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 37:39-40 (LSB) ³⁹“But the salvation of the righteous is from Yahweh; He is their strength in time of distress. ⁴⁰ Yahweh helps them and protects them; He protects them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in Him.”

Praying God’s Word: “Heavenly Father, I turn to everything else but you when I am going through tough times.  I try to find relief in the latest fad. Holy Spirit remind me that I need to take refuge in the One who will always be there to save me. Amen.”
