Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 39:5 You have made my days a mere handbreadth; the span of my years is as nothing before you. Everyone is but a breath, even those who seem secure

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, all we are guaranteed is today. Now. The present. I pray in Jesus name that we will not miss the moment. THIS moment. Now, with you. We will not live as though tomorrow is guaranteed. Help us to walk through today as though it were all we had left. Give us our daily bread and all we need to be Jesus to each person and every situation we encounter. May your kingdom come and your will be done, in my very life, on earth as it is in heaven. Today. Now. Amen.”
