Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 8:3-4 (ESV) When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?

Praying God’s Word: “Father, when we consider the wonders of the heavens, we can sometimes think you have bigger things to concern yourself with than us. Yet the message of the Psalmist in our meditation today makes it clear that we are important to you. We are not insignificant in your eyes, rather we are objects of your divine love and care. Please don’t let us lose sight of that great truth and may we rest in the knowledge that we belong to you, and you will always be there to love and care for us. Amen.”
