Reading God’s Word: Revelation 21:1-22:11; Psalm 146

Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Meditating on God’s Word: Revelation 21:3-4 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.  ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, Thank you that we have heaven to look forward to. I long for the day when you will dwell with your people. As I think about all the pain I’ve experienced and suffering present in the world, I am so thankful that in heaven every tear will be wiped away. Amen.”
