Advent Reading: John 3:1-21

Memorizing God’s Word: Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Praying God’s Word: Lord, you give us a description of what it is like to serve You, to be a light for the world so that they may know You. Before you do this, You assure us, “I will take hold of your hand.” We don’t have to be alone in this pursuit; we should not be alone in this endeavor. May we continue to walk hand in hand with You, like a father leading his child, so that we may do Your Will in Your Name! Amen.
