Reading God’s Word: Deuteronomy 14:3-16:17; Psalm 106

Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 119:105 “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”

Meditating on God’s Word: Deuteronomy 14:22-23 “Be sure to set aside a tenth of all that your fields produce each year. Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, we read today about setting aside a tenth of our income. This is not because you need it, rather it is for us to learn reverence. It is a way to obey you and to honor you. Holy Spirit help me to follow this command fully and not hold back from following you.  Amen.”
