Join our leadership team and help plan Night to Shine 2027.

Night to Shine is an amazing opportunity for our church to serve special needs individuals in our community and their caregivers. For the past few years, we have had the privilege and honor to serve 150 people with special needs each year.

This important commitment is worth it as we share and live out Christ’s love for everyone! By joining the leadership team, you will help roll out the red carpet for our kings and queens, and shape an evening that will bring smiles and memories to our guests.

Team Responsibilities:
• Attend monthly meetings, starting in September (dates TBD)
• Help out at volunteer trainings
• Help on the night of the event
• Follow through with duties inside your assigned area

Areas we need help in planning:
• Decorations
• Food/Catering
• Entertainment and vendors
• Communications (registration, emails, waitlist, background checks)
• Donations & Sponsorships
• Administrative Support
• Gifts for Guests
• Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination
• Volunteer Training
• Event Planning
• Logistics
