Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 66:10-12 For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver. You brought us into prison and laid burdens on our backs. You let people ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance.

Praying God’s Word: “God, these verses may be discouraging to new believers, but it is the Truth. Following you does not give us immunity from the pain we may feel here on Earth, but rather a deeper understanding in how You are working within us through Your Spirit! The fact that You trust us to endure these trials and use them to testify of Your Glory is an eternal blessing. Thank you Lord, Amen!”
