Reading God’s Word: Luke 18:31-43; Psalm 12

Memorizing God’s Word: Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 12:6 And the words of the Lord are flawless,  like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, in a world where words spill so carelessly from lips and keyboards and computer screens, may we be a people committed to the flawless Word of God. In Jesus name we break any agreement we have made with words that are not kingdom centered and God breathed. We refuse to engage in idle arguments and language that tears down rather than builds up. We consecrate our minds to dwell on words that are true excellent, noble and praiseworthy. We consecrate our lips to speak words that bring the good news of the kingdom of God.  Amen.”
