Reading God’s Word: Luke 20:9–19, Psalm 18:1-24

Memorizing God’s Word: Luke 19:10, For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 18:1-2, I love you Lord, my strength. The Lord Is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God Is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He Is my shield and the horns of my salvation, my stronghold.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, so many examples throughout history identifying those who rejected you, highlighted in the parable of the tenant. Wind the time clock forward and not much has changed. You are still rejected and your mission misunderstood. Thankfully, I have changed. ‘One thing I know. I was blind but now I see’ (John 9:25b). I do not want to miss anything you have for me, Lord, so search my heart. May I see you truly as my strength, my refuge, my shield, my rock, my fortress, my deliverer and my stronghold! Amen.”
