Meditating on God’s Word:  Ezekiel 37:6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

Praying God’s Word: “Oh Lord, why do we underestimate the power that you possess?  Just your very breath brings forth life and restoration. Not only in our own lives, but in people around us, our church, our leaders, even our nation. Just as you restored Israel, a nation seemingly beyond repair, you can do the same in our lives and in our country. So, we cry out to you, Holy Spirit, and ask you to breathe your life-giving Spirit into these dry bones. Put a new spirit in us and bring forth new life. For we know that it is only through your breath, your power, that hearts can be changed and lives be renewed. Amen.”
