Reading God’s Word: Luke 19:45-21:38; Proverbs 27

Memorizing God’s Word: Luke 16:13 No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

Meditating on God’s Word: Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, man was not made to be alone.  Rather, we were created to be in relationship with others. We were made to encourage them and build them up in unity and love. I pray our church would recognize the value of fellowship together. I pray that Church of the Open Door would be a reflection of the one shown in Acts. One that meets together regularly.  One that is devoted to prayer.  And one that has hearts filled with gladness, sincerity, and praise towards you. For together, we are sharper.  We are stronger. And we become thoroughly equipped to further your kingdom. Amen.”
